A MAN has been charged with murder after a man was found with fatal injuries at a house in Bradford.

Dawid Zbigniew Kutek, 33, is due to appear before Bradford and Keighley Magistrates’ Court today, charged with killing Tadeusz Pac.

Police were called by paramedics to a house in Ashgrove, Great Horton, at about 1.30pm on Sunday, November 12.

Mr Pac, 39, who had suffered facial injuries, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Three men, including Kutek, were initially arrested on suspicion of murder.

The other two men, aged 29 and 35, have been released under investigation, said a West Yorkshire Police spokesman.

A shopkeeper in the area, who asked not to be named, said Mr Pac, was a “good quiet man” and she had last seen him in her shop on Saturday night.

She said he had lived in Bradford for about ten months.
